1.About the Ruby Shop

Every time you exchange Diamonds for items in the Item Shop, you will automatically receive Rubies. You also will receive a Ruby every time you buy something from the Phirius Token shop, so you can get Rubies without getting Diamonds. These Rubies can be exchanged for special items, which are exclusively available in the Ruby Shop.

2.Opening the Ruby Shop

Access the Ruby Shop in the Item Shop by clicking on the gift box icon next to the mini-map or via the "Functions" menu in the lower right corner of the screen.

Click the cogwheel symbol and highlight and click "Item Shop." The Item Shop window will appear.

3. Range of items

To find items you can buy with Rubies, use the fourth button at the left side of the hot-bar in the upper part of the window. On the left side, choose the different categories of items; when you then click on a category, the items available in that specific category will appear in the main frame of the Item Shop window.

The yellow numbers at the bottom of the middle part of the window show how many pages of items the category has; click the numbers to view other pages.

4. Looking at items and item preview

If an item interests you or if you'd like more information about the item, left-click on the shopping cart icon. The item and its description will appear in a pop-up window. Some items — such as furniture, equipment or mounts — can be previewed in game.

The example shows what happens if you left-click the shopping cart icon next to "Flower Fairy's Bee Staff." You can preview the item in the preview window from many angles and perspectives: Simply left-click on the picture and move your mouse.

5. Buying an item

When you've decided to buy a specific item, left-click the shopping cart icon next to the item. A pop-up window with detailed information will open (see 4. Looking at items). If you left-click the "Confirm" button in this window, you confirm that you want to buy the item. As soon as you click the button, a password prompt will open and ask you to enter your secondary password to continue the transaction. Once you enter your password and confirm by pressing the "Accept" button, the item will be in your Item Shop Backpack.

Important: You only have to enter your secondary password the first time you buy an item in a play-session. If you buy additional items during the same play-session, your transactions will be complete when you click the “Confirm” button.

6. Not enough Rubies

If you don't have enough Rubies to buy an item, a message window will open and alert you.

7. Confirmation

Every purchase will be confirmed in the chat window in the bottom left of the user interface. You can see what you bought and how much you paid.

8. Receiving bought items

As soon as you've purchased an item, it will be in your Item Shop Backpack. You can access your purchase by opening your backpack and clicking the gift box icon.
