The Eye of Wisdom recently discovered the infamous Runewaker has re-emerged from his preternatural slumber. Thought to have been defeated years ago, this apparition has been able to tap into powerful magic in an effort to conjure runes of resurrection, which will return him to full corporeal form. Yarandor, first Mage of the Order, asks you to hunt down the Runewaker!
All you need to do is find the Runewaker and challenge him to a duel. Fighting him is optional and purely for fun. To be entered into the contest requires only a duel challenge.
Every player to challenge the Runewaker will receive five Golden Repair Hammers, one God’s Redemption Ticket and one Purification Stone!
The Runewaker will appear at a random spot on any available server Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week and next week. You will have multiple chances per day to challenge him to a duel, so listen for further announcements and watch for clues in the Events Forum.
At the end of the event Thursday, June 17, we will draw three winners from among those who participated in the event to receive the Grand Prize, which includes one Demon Lord Statue, a Chapter 3: The Elder Kingdoms poster and a $25 RoM Card! To be eligible for the Grand Prize, you must be a resident of the United States or Canada.
