Since we have a lot of new players joining the game lately (hello, new players!), we would like to shine the community spotlight on the in-game Item Shop. The Item Shop is where you go to purchase all the additional equipment and accessories for your hero. In the Item Shop, you'll find such things as potions that boost your XP and other stats, mounts for your character to ride, pets to keep your hero company on long journeys, and costumes to give your toon just the right look and attitude you want.
Plus, this is where many of our weekly promotions and specials can be found, and the Item Shop is where you go to enter keys if you win something or receive a bonus item. It's a very helpful feature to be familiar with as you play the game. The Item Shop can be accessed in game by clicking the small gift icon on the left side of the mini-map, or you can press the backslash button "/" on your keyboard.
To make this interesting for new and veteran players alike, we have discounted the entire Upgrades section of the Item Shop. All Upgrade Items are 20% off starting Friday, Aug. 27, and ending Friday, Sept. 10.
