If you can’t log in or are unsure if your RuneDev.ini is correct, download the RuneDevPatch. (RuneDev.ini Manual Patch Installer)
Follow the on-screen instructions, and it will install the correct RuneDev.ini into your Runes of Magic folder. The default folder is set to (/program files/runes of magic), but if you installed Runes of Magic in a different folder, be sure to modify the folder name to match where you installed the game. You can also edit the RuneDev.ini yourself. Click this link for more details about RuneDev.ini.
