High-level characters will be able to revisit the heroic part of the Ice Dwarf Kingdom following Patch 1.7 "Return to the Ice Dwarf Kingdom."
With the second phase waiting in front of the gates of guild castles, guilds can start spending their harvested resources to build special buildings in courtyards, such as schools, gardens, stables or even powerful runetowers, which would grant certain bonuses to all members, e.g., speed boosts for mounts.
The complete patch notes will follow soon. The patch also will include permanent pets and new level 40 and level 45 elite skills.
