In May, we ran a huge two-part survey on issues concerning the Runes of Magic community. One part focused on the trade of Diamonds through the game's Auction House.
Using the results of that survey, we decided to change how players trade Diamonds in the Auction House. We temporarily deactivated the option of trading Items for Diamonds, leaving only the option to trade Diamonds for Gold (and vice versa).
The test has been successful and has shown us that our players prefer the option of only trading Gold for Diamonds and Diamonds for Gold.
We would like to thank all our of players for the great feedback, which helped us determine the final system.
