"Are you sure we’re in the right place?" asked a panicked voice.
"Trust me," came a firm reply. "So far, this map we got from that beggar has been useful in avoiding the Naga. Just think of the treasures waiting for us!”
Two adventurers — one is in heavy plate armor with shoulders as broad as a bull's back and the other is small, agile and wearing black leather — kept wandering deeper and deeper into the cave under Aotulia Volcano, into the heart of the Naga's home.
Slowly and carefully as to avoid possible dangers, the pair walked through a maze of seemingly never-ending corridors that glowed with a fiery blaze. At the end of the long journey, they reached a chamber so huge that their torches weren't bright enough to illuminate even half of it. All the adventurers saw were some gold coins strewn about directly before them on the chamber floor.
"Look! We’ve made it!" cheered the rogue, running to collect the loot.
"Stop! Wait!" shouted the knight, trying to stop his companion before something went terribly wrong ...
... but it was too late. Glowing hot eyes rose from the darkness, and a deep rumble flooded the cave, shaking the ground. The two poor souls realized they were caught in a fiery nightmare and were in the lair of the Demon Dragon!
Their agonizing screams echoed throughout the cave and were the last anyone ever heard from them.
Of the five ancient dragon races, the Flame Dragons are the strongest and most powerful. To face them is an almost impossible task.
Yet, Taborean heroes must brave the challenge, for the Naga have captured Gestero, a renegade Flame Dragon possessed by demons. The Naga want to use Gestero to help them suppress the free people.
If you want to stand in the way of this fire-spewing monster, you must penetrate the fire of the Aotulia Volcano in the territory of the same name.
On the way into the crater, raid parties will find wave after wave of heavily armed elite Naga. The snake-like dungeon masters guard the magical dragon seal, which if you break, Gestero will appear and shower the Naga with fire.
But take care, the Naga will not surrender, and to nip a possible defeat of their prisoner in the bud, they will send one of their generals into the Lair of the Demon Dragon.
Only the bravest Taborean heroes should choose this encounter. Good luck!
