The days of the Demon Lord are numbered!
With the end of Chapter I: Rise of the Demon Lord comes a glorious fight between you and Sirloth, the lord of demons and Naga.
Along with the final battle, Runes of Magic is also being expanded with an additional public encounter, Bloodbath Valley:
Bloodbath Valley
This combat area for large groups is located in the Aotulia Volcano and is divided into four stages. The challenge for adventurers in the high-level area is to master all four stages. The goal in Bloodbath Valley is to stem the threat from the Naga, who are receiving support from a powerful guardian. However, players won't be facing waves of Naga warriors alone: Flaming demons as well as special elven commandoes will battle side by side with the allied adventurers.
Flower Festival
On a more peaceful note, the Flower Festival, the Taborean version of Valentine’s Day, has begun. Within this in-game event, amorous adventurers can plant roses or get titles or costumes, including a birthday suit. There’s also a new minigame to bring a little variation to heroes' everyday routines; a packed treasure chamber awaits players who enter a labyrinthine dungeon and who single-handedly can use their wits to tackle opponents and solve some tricky tasks.
Epic Quests
Patch 2.1.6 — Fall of the Demon Lord also implements an epic quest series in Runes of Magic that leads players to the Great Barrier — among other places. The Great Barrier once kept the sinister Naga in exile. New elite skills, improvements in the handcrafting system and balancing are also part of the update.
